Today we are going to draw a picture of you, like you’ve never done before: Your whole self. It will be symbolic of course, symbolic of the whole of you, starting with a circle, which is you as your fully realized self, actualized, all your potentials realized. Draw this circle nice and big on a piece of paper, so we have room to draw inside it. Now put a dot in the middle, that represents you at birth.

Now we are going to draw lines to divide the pie into 6 pieces. So first divide in half, then trying to make each slice equal in size and importance! Draw 2 more lines intersecting at your center dot, again making equal sized pieces: 6 pieces of pie.

Label each piece, with a label written outside the circle, with a line or arrow to the piece it refers to: Physical, Emotional, Intellectual, Spiritual, Social, and Creative. Six sectors of human potential, human needs, in which we have been growing from the moment we were born.

That is the scope of this project – every sector!

Physical- to teach Exercise, body therapeutics through movement, proper nutritional balance, health and wellness hacks, age appropriately.l- to teach Exercise, body therapeutics through movement, proper nutritional balance, health and wellness hacks, age appropriately.

Emotional-To allow and create a safe space to express feelings and help transform with acceptance and understanding. Creative– To give outlets for creative expression through art, music, and dance movement and improvisation. e– To give outlets for creative expression through art, music, and dance movement and improvisation.

Now, just for fun, let’s make your current self portrait: pick up that pen or pencil and make a dot in each sector, between the baby you and the fully realized potential of you. This dot will represent how much self-development and growth you have done through your life- and how far you have to go still . Remember creativity takes many many forms: we are creative with cooking, decorating, crafts, as well as the arts, and being creative in business counts too!

Sometimes when we connect the dots, a picture emerges, a crab or a ladle, rarely a perfect hexagon. We have developed some areas more than others, naturally. When we are not using all parts of ourselves in our lives, we tend to be unhappy, and when we are working on all cylinders, we tend to be happy. Getting closer to that outer circle, we tend to be happier, more luminescent, more realized evolved beings. That outer circle is who you really are, and the inner shape is just the story you’ve told yourself about who you are. So now, let’s have fun and draw some luminescence, shining out from our inner shape, even beyond our own potentials, into the universe, waves or lines out from the shape you made. Imagine yourself expanding in all areas, beyond where you thought you could ever be or do. Imagine pure luminescent consciousness shining out from little you to the big US, and beyond.

The Empatharian Movement for Peace is about facilitating that expansion in a safe and comfortable way, fun and easy beyond our wildest dreams. It’s about you and your well being, and it’s also about the planetary well being, all of us.

Imagine that. Peacebuilding. Moving our way into true whole participation, true whole well being. A body movement language that communicates and transforms. The whole world. Well, that’s the scope of the project, both individually and for the wider world. Big stuff!
