Before verbal language evolved in human beings, there is evidence that gestures were the first language. Humans communicated with gesture and a sign language, a language they created together somehow. Gesture is very primal to human beings, communicates deeply to our souls, for better or for worse: gesture was our first language.
Building Capacity for Connection
Love and compassion aren’t just feelings—they are capacities we all have the ability to cultivate. Yet life in these times is full of distractions. How can we open our hearts to experience an expansive sense of love and true connection?
By engaging with Empatharian as a path to cultivate empathy, compassion and heart, you can experience a higher level of awareness. In that higher level of awareness, genuine barriers appear and can be processed. As you process through your heart and soul’s past injuries and transform them with gratitude and acceptance, a new space opens up. Your isolation and sense of separateness dissolves as you feel your natural connection to others and to the world.
Rooted in the wisdom of the body, the Empatharian movement meditation practice known as The Empath Stretch provides an avenue to breakthrough, strengthening your natural life force and the connections within yourself and everyone.
The Format of The Teaching
During the 21 hour training, done over 3 weeks, Empatharian founder and director Lolo Lesser will introduce you to these wisdom practices in a co-creative way. You’ll be focused on nurturing your capacities for

The Empatharian Facilitator training is suitable for anyone, no matter what your level of experience or education, and whether you plan on facilitating anything beyond your own life or not. You will have learned and re-enforced life skills that will change your life exponentially.
While we will be doing Physical, Mental, Emotional, Creative, Spiritual, and Social exercises, we will also be helping ourselves to integrate the training with journaling, art improvisation, and body movement.
